Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Clinical Trial Operations Associate to support deployment of Beacon’s devices in clinical studies. You will collaborate with sites, project teams, and internal stakeholders, focusing on study startup, site management, and live-study monitoring to ensure high quality and regulatory compliance.

This fully remote role is available across the Pacific and Mountain Timezones in the U.S., with up to 5% travel and optional in-person hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in clinical project management or clinical operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive mindset with prioritization abilities.
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy.
• Familiarity with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Interest in analytics, statistics, ML and clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Support study startup activities with project teams.
• Serve as primary site contact to ensure smooth operations.
• Train research sites on device use and study protocols.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Address operational issues via Zendesk and Asana.
• Provide feedback from sites to improve devices/workflows.
