Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Clinical Trial Operations Associate to support the deployment of our devices in clinical studies, focusing on study startup, site management, and live-study monitoring. This role collaborates with project teams and research sites to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

The position is fully remote within the Pacific or Mountain Time zones in the U.S., with up to 5% travel; in-person hubs are in Boston, New York, and Paris.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive mindset with ability to prioritize and anticipate challenges.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Desire to learn analytics, statistics, and machine learning in trials.

Responsibilities

• Support study startup activities with project teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clinical sites and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training to research sites on device use and study protocols.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with GCP/ICH and other standards.
• Address operational issues promptly using Zendesk and Asana.
• Provide feedback from sites to inform device and workflow improvements.
