Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in clinical operations with strong PM skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; familiar with clinical research regs.
• Experience using Zendesk and Asana for issue tracking and project work.

Responsabilités

• Support study startup and deployment of Beacon's EEG devices.
• Serve as primary contact for clinical sites and provide training.
• Monitor project progress and ensure GCP/ICH compliance; resolve issues via Zendesk/Asana and gather site feedback.
