Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Manager, Clinical Study Operations to lead a ClinOps team responsible for end-to-end execution of device-based clinical trials, from feasibility to close-out.

You will coach direct reports, elevate risks early, and own domain-level ClinOps goals. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Life Science, and BD to keep trials on track in a remote-first, distributed setup across time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of clinical trial operations experience in biotech/medtech/pharma.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a clinical or scientific field.
• 1–2+ years directly managing people.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SOP development and QMS practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead ClinOps end-to-end activities across feasibility, site start-up, enrollment, monitoring and close-out.
• Coach and develop direct reports, set expectations, and escalate risks early.
• Own ClinOps KPIs and drive improvement through data and dashboards.
• Represent ClinOps in BD conversations, feasibility discussions, and Investigator Meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Life Science, and BD to keep trials on track and compliant.
• Oversee relationships with sponsors and CROs, ensuring strategic alignment.
