Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Development professional focused on site management oversight, monitoring, and data integrity to support patient safety and regulatory compliance in a remote US capacity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage RA/RACT considerations, and ensure timely enrollment, budget alignment, and study milestones while maintaining quality and audit readiness in a remote capacity across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Oversees site interactions post activation through site closeout, including patient recruitment or investigator payments.
• Identifies critical data and process risks and mitigations related to Risk Assessment and Categorization Tool (RACT).
• Reviews study scope of work, budget and protocol content; ensures CRAs/CeMs are aware of contractual obligations and parameters.
• Escalates risks to project manager regarding schedule, quality and budget within contracted scope.
• Participates in Kick Off Meetings and presents risk mitigation strategies.
• Interacts with investigator site staff and may accompany CRA teams to sites for observation or conflict resolution.
• Coordinates training for study teams on protocol specifics, CRF completion, dashboards and SOPs.
