Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones.
• Fluency in German and English is preferred for international roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage site oversight, monitoring, and data integrity with emphasis on patient safety.
• Oversee site interactions from activation to closeout, including recruitment and payments.
• Identify risks using risk assessment tools and ensure protocol/GCP compliance.
• Review study scope, budget, and protocol content with the clinical team.
• Ensure CTMS and data systems are configured and used for monitoring and reporting.
• Provide training to the study team on protocol specifics, CRF completion, dashboards and SOPs.
• Coordinate CRAs and Central Monitors, manage resource allocations and timelines.
• Communicate risks and progress to clients and leadership.
