Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial site budgeting and FMV benchmarks.
• Experience with contract negotiations and clinical trial agreements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; Veeva experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and execute clinical trial agreements.
• Develop and review site budgets ensuring costs align with fair market value (FMV).
• Analyze clinical trial protocols to establish cost estimates, payment strategies, and budget negotiation parameters.
• Develop and maintain site fee frameworks.
• Coordinate, monitor, and administer clinical trial site payments.
• Maintain accurate contract files, payment documentation, and management systems.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, Medical Affairs, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
