Real Staffing Group is seeking a Clinical Trial Contract Manager for a remote contract role in the US. The role focuses on managing site budgets, negotiating and executing contracts, and overseeing payments and documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in pharma/clinical research, strong budgeting experience, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Access. English fluency is required for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or clinical research.
• Experience with clinical trial budgeting, contract negotiation, and payment management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access; Veeva experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical and project management systems.
• Fluency in English.

Clinical Trial Contract Manager (Contract, Remote)

Responsible for managing clinical trial site budgets and contracts, ensuring budgets align with fair market value and established guidelines. Key duties include negotiating and executing contracts, developing site budgets, managing site payments, maintaining contract systems and documentation, and supporting continuous process improvements.

Partners closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, Medical Affairs, and external site personnel to obtain approvals, manage budgets, and ensure timely payments. Utilizes protocol analysis to develop costing strategies and site fee frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or clinical research.
• Strong experience with clinical trial budgeting, contract negotiation, and payment management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access; Veeva experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical and project management systems.
• Fluency in English.
