Job summary

PathAI is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to join the Clinical Operations team in Boston or Remote. The role focuses on monitoring lab services, site interactions, and supporting the primary CTM to ensure successful trials with a lab component.

Required: 3+ years in clinical research and a BS/BA in a scientific field, with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. Preferred: experience in imaging-based trials and a PM certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical research experience in medical device and/or drug development trials.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study activities and lab services in line with GCP and ICH.
• Support CTM with site communication and data management tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors, sites, and internal teams to ensure timely lab kit delivery and data accuracy.
• Assist with study documentation, start-up deliverables, and close-out procedures.
• Back up CTM responsibilities during absences and lead client communications as needed.
