CRISPR Therapeutics in Boston seeks a Clinical Trial Associate (Project Management) to support daily clinical trial execution, document coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and CROs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in clinical research, strong GCP/CFR knowledge, and proficiency with eTMF/SharePoint. This role emphasizes detail-orientation and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent in life sciences.
• Knowledge of GCP and CFR requirements.
• Experience with clinical trial documents and eTMF.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking systems for trials from start-up to close-out.
• Coordinate meetings, disseminate decisions and actions.
• Support eTMF, SharePoint, and document control.
• Coordinate study laboratory sample tracking and vendor management.
• Assist in regulatory submissions and study start-up activities.
