Thriveworks is seeking a Clinical Talk Therapist Resident to support LICSW/LMHC pathways in a remote Tufts-backed role. The position offers a ramp stipend for clinicians providing 30+ hours weekly and focuses on delivering high-quality telehealth care to participants for improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed MA LCSW or LMHC with outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete 30 sessions of direct counseling per week.
• Take concurrent notes during sessions.
• Develop treatment plans and required documentation.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision meetings.
• Escalate participant concerns appropriately.
• Advocate for participants' clinical needs and liaise with Success teams.
