Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Clinical Specialist II for the Synchronous Tufts Partnership. The Resident - LCSW delivers high-quality care, maintaining therapeutic relationships via telehealth while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet participants' clinical goals.

The role requires MA LCSW licensure with outpatient experience, comfort with virtual platforms, and the ability to work remotely from a private location.

Qualifications

• Licensed MA LCSW with at least one year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Proficient with tele-health policies and secure virtual sessions.
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships in a virtual platform.
• Strong communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work remotely from a private location and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30 completed counseling sessions per week.
• Prepare treatment plans and documentation as required.
• Attend weekly synchronous Health team meetings and clinical supervision.
• Escalate participant concerns to Operations if unresolved.
• Develop materials for communication, outreach and marketing of services.
