Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Full-Time Independent Clinicians to deliver telehealth therapy sessions in Massachusetts. Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT eligible to practice in MA and must be comfortable working remotely.

The role offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours of weekly availability, and a compensation package up to $124,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonuses. Remote work across the United States is supported, with mandatory MA licensure.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT living in MA and able to practice without supervision.
• Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health.

Responsibilities

• Provide 30 hours of direct counseling care per week.
• Take concurrent notes during sessions and complete treatment plans as required.
• Attend weekly synchronous team meetings and participate in case discussions.
• Escalate participant concerns as first point of contact, with Operations as secondary escalation.
• Contribute to development of outreach and marketing materials for telehealth services.
