Compensation ranges up to $124,300 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on licensure level and session volume. This position supports a flexible, remote work model and client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and able to practice in MA without supervision.
• Comfortable conducting sessions via telehealth and using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 30 hours of direct counseling per week via telehealth.
• Take concurrent notes during sessions and prepare treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with success partners.
• Escalate participant concerns and advocate for clinical needs.
• Stay updated on clinical care developments and best practices.
