Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring a Clinical Talk Therapist Resident (LICSW or LMHC) for remote work. The role involves delivering high-quality telehealth counseling, completing 30+ sessions weekly, and participating in clinical supervision.

The position offers a ramp stipend, benefits, and loan repayment assistance for eligible clinicians. The Resident works with a multidisciplinary team, advocates for participants, and contributes to outreach materials while maintaining compliance with telehealth policies

Qualifications

• Licensed MA LCSW or pursuing LMHC with outpatient experience.
• Experience conducting sessions via tele-health platforms.
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting.
• Comfort with technology and remote work.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct counseling care (30+ sessions/week).
• Take concurrent notes during sessions.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and other stakeholders.
• Develop and adapt materials to support outreach and services.
