Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous) to provide telehealth therapy in Massachusetts. This full-time role requires an Independently licensed clinician and offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours per week.

The position involves 30 hours of direct counseling weekly, concurrent note taking, and development of treatment plans. You will participate in team meetings and collaborate across clinical and operations teams to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in MA as LICSW/LMHC/LMFT.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and session documentation.
• Ability to work remotely with secure location.

Responsibilities

• 30 hours of direct counseling care per week; telehealth sessions.
• Concurrent note taking during sessions and documentation of treatment plans.
• Attend weekly Health team meetings and participate in treatment team discussions.
• Advocate for Participant needs and coordinate with Customer Success for service delivery.
• Develop materials for communication, outreach, and professional presentations.
