Tend is redefining dental care with design‑forward studios and seamless care powered by technology. We seek a Sourcing & CRM Program Manager to own top‑of‑funnel clinical hiring strategy—from outreach to CRM management—and to keep Greenhouse running cleanly across the growing studio footprint.

You’ll build proactive pipelines for Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants, craft personalized outreach, and manage a data‑driven recruiting engine.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience with proactive pipeline ownership.
• Hands-on CRM experience with segmentation, nurture campaigns, multistage outreach, and external data imports.
• Advanced sourcing using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards, and creative channels.
• Greenhouse experience as user and administrator—templates, scorecards, permissions, workflows, and reporting.
• Marketer’s instinct: outreach sequencing, A/B testing messaging, and conversion-focused thinking.
• Strong reporting orientation: dashboards, data interpretation, and clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing strategy for dentists, hygienists, and assistants across studio markets, building diverse pipelines.
• Surface passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, dental schools, associations, niche boards, and other channels.
• Qualify leads and hand off to recruiters with context to maintain momentum.
• Craft personalized, on‑brand outreach reflecting Tend’s voice and test messaging for higher response rates.
• Own the clinical CRM: segment talent pools and build nurture campaigns.
• Design multi‑touch outreach sequences and analyze what converts to interviews.
• Import, tag, and segment contacts from external sources; maintain clean data.
