Deciphera, a biopharmaceutical company focused on oncology, seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain in a hybrid on-site role in Waltham, MA. You will lead planning, forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management for global clinical programs.

You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, CMC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors to ensure supply continuity, regulatory compliance, and timely study execution across trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• 8+ years in clinical supply chain, clinical trial supply, or related field.
• Experience supporting global clinical studies from startup through closeout.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage global clinical supply plans, forecasts, inventory strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, distribution, and logistics for investigational products.
