Job summary

New England Life Care, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor based out of Concord, New Hampshire. The role is largely remote with travel as needed, supporting field staff and ensuring delivery of high-quality infusion nursing care.

The supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate patient care across multiple sites. 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• RN licensure active in states served by the regional team.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing services are provided safely and cost-effectively with high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with all departments in written and verbal form.
• Document patient assessments and communications in the EMR at time of care delivery.
• Oversee infusion access and regulatory compliance per policy.
