Tuesday Health in Massachusetts seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead Clinical Operations, partnering with the Manager of Clinical Operations, licensed providers, and clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while reducing avoidable utilization.

The role emphasizes supervision, coaching, scheduling, onboarding, and adherence to value-based care and documentation; remote work with occasional onsite sessions in MA, MA-licensed RN required, BSN preferred, 5+ years nursing with 2–3

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred and active MA RN license
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience; preferably in palliative or value-based care
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing clinical teams
• Knowledge of value-based care principles and population health
• Data-driven quality improvement and strong leadership/communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and oversight to field-based clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation, and policies
• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage staff scheduling for appropriate coverage and continuity of care
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing professional development emphasizing evidence-based practices
• Address patient and family concerns, advocating for quality care
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and drive targeted improvements
• Participate in meetings and support workflow optimization and strategic initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation to meet legal and organizational requirements
• Maintain current nursing knowledge and liaison with health-plan care managers
• Participate in after-hours call schedule via phone
• Perform other related duties to support operational and clinical excellence
