Job summary

Therapy on Fig is expanding its Clinical Supervisor team to support associate therapists with seasoned guidance in a structured, relational environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years post-licensure (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) and a relational leadership style, comfortable with IFS, EFT, and IFIO approaches, and committed to ethical practice and ongoing supervision CEUs.

Supervision caseload starts at 1 and can grow to 4 associates within about a year; compensation ranges from $1,500–$3,000 per month

Qualifications

• Licensed licensed mental health clinician with 2+ years post-licensure.
• Must be able to supervise associates and manage a caseload growth plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide up to four hours of face-to-face supervision per week via triadic sessions.
• Guide associates with steadiness, discernment and warmth in a structured setting.
• Open to building supervision caseload from 1 to 4 associates within a year.
• Stay current on licensing, ethics, and CEU requirements for supervision.
