Job summary

Therapy on Fig is seeking a W2 associate therapist to join our Pinecrest team. You will develop your ideal caseload with ongoing supervision and support, while earning a competitive base plus commission.

This role offers in-person sessions at our Highland Park office and telehealth options, with flexible scheduling and strong marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active California BBS registration or eligibility.
• Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 18–20 sessions weekly.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Comfort providing both in-person and telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 18–20 sessions weekly.
• Excellent documentation and charting.
• Have private space, computer, and wifi for telehealth from home.
• See clients in-person at Highland Park office weekly and attend monthly in-person group supervision.
• Develop and publish a monthly blog post for your ideal client.
• Demonstrate time management and scheduling skills.
• Collaborate with Therapy on Fig team to build community and grow your niche.

Job description

As a W2 registered associate therapist joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your ideal caseload while receiving ongoing support. Our established clinicians typically earn $65,000–$94,000 annually through a competitive base + commission model that grows with their caseload. Actual earnings vary based on caseload, payer mix, additional professional activities, and hours worked.

Supervision Structure

• Weekly triadic supervision with primary supervisor Philip Chang, IFS Certified Level 3 trained and IFIO trained couples therapist, and Courtney Watson, IFS Level 1 and Level 2 trained AEDP therapist
• Monthly group supervision with Sharon Yu, IFS Certified Level 2 trained, CAMFT certified supervisor, owner and founder of Therapy on Fig

Additional Compensation (paid hourly rate for non-clinical work)
