Job summary

CareStar, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Indiana to oversee the clinical team remotely with field visits in Marion County and surrounding areas. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance, and contribute to care coordination for individuals in need.

The role combines leadership with direct clinical support, requiring strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, program waivers, and excellent communication. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Supervise clinical staff including hiring, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Provide direct clinical services to consumers as needed.
• Coordinate clinical team assignments to consumers.
• Ensure documentation follows agency guidelines & follow-up standards.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, audits and project teams.
• Assist in hiring and orientation of Case Managers and other staff.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and waivers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Have a valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities
