Qualifications
5+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a bonus.
Proactive mindset with prioritization and attention to detail.
Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of decentralized data collection, compliance and site oversight.
Interest in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to implement study startup activities.
Instill client confidence through startup, maintenance and close-out activities.
Serve as primary contact for clinical sites for smooth operations.
Train research sites on Beacon’s devices and study protocols.
Monitor progress to ensure timelines, protocols, and quality.
Maintain GCP/ICH compliance and regulatory standards.
Coach peers on GCP, documentation, versioning, and complaints.
Address operational issues using Zendesk and Asana.
Provide feedback from sites to improve devices and workflows.
