Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Clinical Study Operations Manager to lead operational delivery of clinical studies from startup to close-out. The role requires coordinating sponsors, teams, and sites to ensure timely, high-quality study execution and adherence to GCP/ICH standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; multilingual a bonus.
• Proactive mindset to identify priorities and anticipate challenges.
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy and reporting.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of decentralized data collection and oversight with patient/site empathy.
• Interest in analytics, statistics, ML, and clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to implement study startup activities and data configuration.
• Instill confidence with clients on study operations through startup, maintenance and closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for clinical sites, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.
• Provide training to research sites on Beacon's devices and study protocols.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Coach peers on GCP, documentation discipline, versioning and complaint management.
• Address operational issues promptly using Zendesk and Asana.
