Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to proctor CVAC procedures and train surgical teams. This remote role supports cases nationwide, trains staff on instrument prep and safe device use, and ensures inventory accuracy and compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background (RN/BSN, scrub tech, or related) and is willing to travel. Generous compensation includes base salary, bonus, allowances, and stock options.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in scrub tech, radiology tech, RN or BSN.
• Willingness to travel within and outside designated territory.
• Ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance and training.
• Comfortable in a start-up pace and fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned and proctor CVAC procedures.
• Train the surgical team on instrument prep, case flow and good patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of perioperative tech and hospital policies.
• Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational resource.
• Manage inventory, reconcile shipping and usage, and support QC audits.
• Provide intra-operative clinical product support and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Manager on account engagement and training.
