Calyxo, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Clinical Specialist to proctor CVAC procedures and train surgical teams on device use. You will cover cases, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliant practices across the territory.

Ideal candidates have clinical backgrounds (RN, Scrub Tech, X-Ray, Laser Tech), travel readiness, and comfort with startup pace. The role is remote-friendly within the territory and reports to Regional Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience such as scrub tech, RN, or similar roles.
• Intraoperative coaching experience beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within territory and beyond as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned and proctor CVAC procedures.
• Train surgical teams on instrument prep, setup, and safe device use.
• Maintain knowledge of perioperative practices and hospital policies.
• Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational resource.
• Support physician training and sales training programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialist teams on case presentations and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and vaccination requirements.
• Assist in inventory management and QC audits of equipment.
