Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to coordinate and support patient engagement and study operations. The role is remote and involves managing demographic enrollment targets while ensuring accurate tracking of key study metrics.

You will support project documentation, facilitate cross-functional communication, and drive follow-up activities across teams. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in clinical research or project coordination is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research or project coordination.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or automations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across initiatives.
• Support patient engagement and recruitment strategies for clinical studies.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for study execution.
