Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring study quality and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. You will review studies with Principal Investigators, assess staffing needs, and lead site staff recruitment, training, and supervision.

Strong investigator relationships and a focus on recruitment goals are essential. You will oversee site readiness, regulatory duties, and data quality, while coordinating with sponsors,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Clinical Research Industry
• Supervisory/management experience or demonstrated leadership skills
• Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and HR preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
• Must be able to travel up to 20% and commute between sites

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities to optimize site performance
• Review awarded studies with Principal Investigators and support study-selection decisions
• Assess staffing, space, and time needs for successful study conduct
• Lead, hire, train, supervise, and provide feedback to site staff
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and company policies
• Monitor site quality, staff performance, study needs, recruitment, and retention
• Develop strong Investigator relationships and ensure Investigator coverage
• Manage site readiness, essential documents, regulatory duties, and equipment
