Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project or clinical trial management in regulated environments.
• Master’s degree and PM/Clinical Research certifications preferred.
• Experience with rapid milestone achievement and bio-sample management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple clinical testing and lab services projects with timelines and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary contact for Pharma customers, CROs, and site investigators.
• Guide day-to-day sample process flow and ensure accurate result reporting.
• Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and drive continuous improvement within clinical sciences.
