Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Services Project Manager I to oversee low- to medium-complexity clinical and lab services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to pharma services plans. You will be the primary point of contact for Pharma clients.

This 12-month contract with possible extension emphasizes project management across clinical testing, data oversight, and cross-functional collaboration within the clinical sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project and/or clinical trial management experience in regulated environments.
• Master's degree and PM/Clinical Research certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trials and quality/regulatory processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and email; ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple clinical testing and lab services projects, establishing timelines, tracking cross-functional activities, and identifying bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary single point of contact for Pharma customers, CROs, and site investigators.
• Guide day-to-day sample process flow, ensure accurate result reporting, and track/communicate project reports and clinical study data.
• Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and foster continuous improvement within the clinical sciences team.
