Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years healthcare experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and data storytelling skills.
• Experience gathering requirements from business, clinical, financial, or service line stakeholders.
• Ability to translate operational needs into analytics solutions and serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Experience developing technical requirements for reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Experience validating data and supporting organizational decision-making.
