Baptist Health is seeking a Business Support Analyst Associate to join our team in a remote-capable role requiring residency in Kentucky or Indiana. You will manage data extraction from BHS applications, support system upgrades, and coordinate training for departmental users.

The role includes testing, debugging, and documenting processes, plus collaborating with leadership on training needs and project initiatives within the central business office.

Competenze

• Associate degree with two years job-related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, SQL and Crystal Reports are highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Perform technical duties of testing, debugging, training, documenting, releasing, installing and supporting systems and applications.
• Initiate and update payer EFT and ERA enrollments.
• Participate in project teams and special projects as assigned by leadership.
• Serve as System Administrator for payer and vendor website portals.
• Write reports from core financial system and bolt-on applications as requested.
• Submit help desk tickets to payers and vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
