North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Clinical Services Director (CSD) to oversee operational and relational health of a portfolio of markets. You will manage cadence, staffing, credentialing, and clinician engagement, while partnering with VP leadership to drive retention and growth.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning for expansion, and timely escalation of issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive retention.
• Strong financial literacy with ability to read P&Ls and communicate risk.
• Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure for client relationships and meetings.
• Serve as first point of resolution for operational issues across markets.
• Advocate for clinicians and support recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing.
• Provide capacity relief to Regional VPs and prepare briefing materials for strategic engagements.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface market-facing intelligence to leadership.
