Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Clinical Coordination Manager to lead the Clinical Coordination team, ensuring accurate provider schedules across markets and driving performance through leadership, training, and process improvements.

The role requires monitoring schedule health, managing backlog risks, and collaborating with other departments to maintain patient flow. It is a fully remote position in the United States with travel for leadership meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in dental, medical, or clinical scheduling/coordination; minimum 2 years leadership experience.
• Experience with CareStack or similar EMR platforms and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of medical/dental workflows, provider scheduling, multi-facility coordination, and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Coordinators with clear priorities and accountability.
• Oversee team scheduling, workload balancing, and coverage across markets based on provider days and volume.
• Monitor 0-14 day schedule and identify open capacity and scheduling risks early.
• Track, escalate scheduling barriers (clearances, verification, pre-med) to the appropriate owner.
• Analyze schedule-health trends and drive workflow improvements in CareStack and Healier.
• Provide weekly leadership updates with actions and next steps.
