You will support Veeva Vault and integrations with CRM and Salesforce, learn the software deeply, and assist client admins across multiple organizations. The position offers full‑time hours, on‑call rotation, and a path to impact across product, consulting, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software and enterprise SaaS support.
• Ability to read/write SQL queries and understand data structures.
• Familiarity with HTML/XML/JSON concepts and basic web programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide global product support for Veeva Vault and integrations with CRM and Salesforce.
• Learn software deeply to ensure client success and support administrators across orgs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate releases/changes into production.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Consulting teams and document new processes.
