IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter to support enrollment for active clinical studies. This is a fully remote role with one week of in-person training in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in patient recruiting required.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, persistent, and motivated by goals.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable home setup for remote work and ability to travel to Chicago for initial training.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential study participants.
• Build rapport and clearly explain study opportunities.
• Conduct initial eligibility screenings using established guidelines.
• Schedule qualified participants for research appointments.
• Follow up with potential participants and maintain engagement.
• Document outreach activity accurately and collaborate with the research team.
