Responsibilities

• Develop and lead budgets for clinical studies.
• Review study documentation to create budgets, LOIs, and amendments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather cost data and assess feasibility.
• Negotiate budgets and payment terms with industry sponsors to secure funding.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls while maintaining tracking of budget statuses.
• Analyze budget data for accuracy and trends, and present findings to management.
• Provide education and support on budgeting practices and compliance to research staff.
• Lead or participate in departmental projects and provide interim coverage for Budget Managers.
