Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst to prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored trials, coordinating with contract analysts, regulatory teams and internal finance. This remote role requires strong cost analysis and the ability to translate protocols into budget milestones.

You will support investigators and work across hospital departments to ensure accurate, timely billing and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience.
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development in clinical settings.
• Experience in budget development for clinical trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop study budgets from protocols using budget tools.
• Set up study payments milestones in budgeting system.
• Review New Study routing forms and start-up documents.
• Collaborate with contracts, regulatory, and finance teams.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with budget.
