Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with at least 1 year of financial principles experience.
  • At least 1 year of budget negotiation experience.
  • Proficient Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and complex formulas.
  • Familiarity with clinical research or medical terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Create budgets in Excel from study protocols and cost data.
  • Negotiate budgets with Sponsors/CROs to optimize overall outcomes.
  • Communicate budget statuses to executive management.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to clarify protocol specifics and billable items.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
