Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study. You will build strong site relationships, monitor activities, and ensure regulatory documentation is complete and compliant.

The role requires knowledge of ICH-GCPs, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. A biology/science background is preferred, with at least two years of site monitoring experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCPs and local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong site relationships across all trial phases.
• Performs site monitoring in compliance with ICH-GCPs, SOPs, local laws and protocol.
• Conducts site visits and prepares comprehensive visit reports promptly.
• Collects and reviews regulatory documentation for startup, maintenance and closeout.
• Communicates with Investigators on protocol conduct and regulatory matters.
