Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager for multi-phase clinical studies. You will monitor sites, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with sponsor teams to drive site readiness and study success.

The role requires strong communication, data review skills, and the ability to work independently across protocols and therapy areas. Remote-friendly with global standards in GCP/ICH.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Good understanding of GCP/ICH and country guidelines.
• Ability to manage site relationships and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary site contact and site manager across study phases.
• Monitors site performance, recruitment, retention and protocol adherence.
• Coordinates tasks with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready status.
• Prepares visit reports and regulatory documentation for start-up, maintenance and close-out.
• Communicates issues to Investigators and site staff and escalates when needed.
