Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study. You will build strong site relationships, monitor site performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding data integrity and patient safety.

This role requires independent work across multiple protocols and sites. The position emphasizes ICH-GCP adherence, collaboration with sponsor and clinical teams, and the ability to manage complex site

Qualifications

• Experience in site management/monitoring within bioscience or CRO environments.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and trial documentation.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and conduct site visits and regulatory activities.
• Proficient in data capture, TMF management, and trial IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong site relationships across all trial phases.
• Performs site monitoring in compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulations.
• Ensures accurate, complete, and unbiased data collection.
• Manages and coordinates regulatory documents for start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
• Communicates with investigators and site staff on protocol conduct and issues.
• Identifies and resolves site performance or compliance problems.
• Maintains documentation in trial management systems and TMF.
