Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases. You will ensure site readiness, monitor performance, and maintain regulatory documentation while safeguarding patient safety.

The role requires at least 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO, and a Bachelor’s degree in science or biology. US-based, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work under Parexel standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and local languages.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Experience with site monitoring and management.
• Proficient in regulatory documentation and TMF practices.
