Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Clinical Recruiter (REMOTE) to lead hiring for the Case Management division. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for nurse case managers and other licensed clinical professionals, from job postings and proactive outreach to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting for RNs, case managers, or licensed clinical professionals.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche clinical job boards.
• Experience recruiting for workers' compensation, insurance, TPA, or managed care is a bonus.
• Experience hiring remote or field-based clinical staff across multiple states is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing licensure and case management certifications (bonus).
• Organized with the ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting – manage the full recruitment lifecycle for case management roles: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Clinical Sourcing – proactively source RNs and case managers using job boards, LinkedIn, nursing networks, associations, social media, direct outreach.
• Clinical Screening – conduct initial screenings for experience, licensure, certifications, and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Building – build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill markets.
• Interview Coordination – schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure smooth hiring process.
• Candidate Experience – maintain high-quality candidate engagement with professional communication.
• Data and Reporting – keep ATS records and track metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health.
• Stakeholder Partnership – collaborate with Case Management leaders and HR on regional hiring needs and priorities.
• Market Knowledge – stay informed on clinical hiring trends and compensation to advise best practices.
