Job summary

Lifeforce is hiring a Clinical Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring across three tracks: on-site RNs for ULC locations, remote clinicians for telehealth, and remote corporate roles nationwide. You’ll own high-volume req loads, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, reporting to the Head of Talent and shaping hiring playbooks.

The role starts as a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a January 1, 2027 start for the temp period through mid-May 2027, with potential conversion to permanent

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting, with most of it in clinical or healthcare provider hiring.
• Proven high-volume on-site RN hiring across multiple markets nationwide.
• Experience hiring remote or telehealth providers (NPs, PAs, MDs, or DOs).
• Working knowledge of nursing licensure and multi-state credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-volume req load end to end for three tracks: on-site RNs, remote clinicians, and remote corporate roles.
• Partner with HR Manager on corporate hiring: align on role requirements, run searches, coordinate interview loops and offers.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to set role requirements and timelines.
• Screen for clinical qualifications and for hospitality and member-experience mindset.
• Draft and extend offers and hand off to onboarding.
