Lifepoint Health is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a full-time role. The position supports staffing across our network of hospitals and care sites, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and collaboration with hiring managers.

Remote work is available, and the compensation range is $66,000 to $83,000 per year plus performance incentives. Three-plus years of healthcare recruiting experience are preferred, along with strong sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, relevant healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience managing full recruiting life cycle.
• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external candidates to meet staffing goals.
• Manage recruiting processes in compliance with Lifepoint standards and ATS activity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and regulations.
• Prepare staffing reports and track key metrics.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Overview

Recruiter – Full Time – Pay Scale: $66,000 - $83,000, plus performance incentive. Remote work available. Lifepoint Health provides quality healthcare to rural communities. We are a network of 60 community hospitals, 60 rehabilitation/behavioral health hospitals, and 250 additional sites across the United States. We focus on serving communities nationwide with exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and recommending placement using varied internal and external methods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external candidates to achieve staffing needs aligned with Lifepoint's strategic growth goals.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with Lifepoint standards: position management, sourcing and advertising, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain staffing reports and track key staffing metrics.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance; perform other duties as assigned.
