Job summary

Lifeforce is expanding its clinical footprint with Ultimate Longevity Centers, seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in an on-site clinic setting. You will work with physicians and health coaches to ensure best-in-class member experiences, performing assessments, injections, and treatments while educating patients and maintaining strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

RN or BSN required with active license in state of practice.
Experience in IV placement and infusion settings preferred.
Familiarity with GLP-1, HRT and hormone therapies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical offerings.
Perform on-site clinical assessments including vital signs.
Administer on-site medications, IVs, and on-site treatments as ordered by providers.
Educate patients on prescribed medications, side effects and compliance.
Communicate prescription updates to the clinical team.
Manage regulated medical waste per OSHA/state requirements; maintain logs.
Serve as liaison between on-site clinical team and Lifeforce support staff.
Handle clinical triage questions and escalate to clinical team as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate clinical updates.
Proactively check-in with members on behalf of clinical or customer service teams.
