Job summary

Lifeforce is a longevity medicine company that operates remotely and recruits for on-site RNs, remote telehealth clinicians, and corporate roles across the US. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, own a high-volume req load, and partner with hiring managers on requirements and timelines.

You will build RN pipelines and national telehealth clinician pipelines, use AI tools to source passive candidates, and refine interview structures to improve conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting healthcare roles is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle hiring for on-site RNs, remote telehealth clinicians, and corporate roles.
• Own a high-volume req load and partner with hiring managers on requirements and timelines.
• Build local RN pipelines and national telehealth clinician pipelines across markets.
• Use AI tools and creative outreach to source passive candidates.
• Refine scorecards, interview structures, and funnel benchmarks.
• Track conversion metrics and build repeatable hiring playbooks.
