Qualifications

• Seven years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three years of related experience.
• Broad knowledge of clinical applications, with focus on design, development, implementation, training, maintenance, QA, and testing.
• Strong problem-resolution and timely solution implementation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for training and supporting users of clinical information systems.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical skills for documentation, reporting, and test design.
• Ability to consult with senior staff on functionality, efficiency, policy, and performance.
• Experience in large-scale healthcare information systems implementation and support.
• Ability to guide change initiatives affecting clinical care processes.
• Experience with workflow/data analysis, needs assessment, and planning.
• Ability to utilize system tools to meet user functionality needs.
• Ability to plan day-to-day activities and long-term projects with quality planning documents.
• Demonstrated team player.
